2- Delivery date of my order

Where can I find the delivery date of my order?

If you have placed a pre-order, the estimated delivery date is noted on your confirmation email and in your customer area.

Please note: if you have ordered several different products, the dates may vary. You will be delivered in several installments. For two different items ordered on our site, we will be obliged to send two packages.

Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number of your package.

If you don't have anything, this information can also be found in your DUTANG customer area. If you encounter a problem with tracking, do not hesitate to contact us.

Once the package has been shipped, we unfortunately no longer have control over:

the contents of the package, the delivery address, the delivery date

3- Change my delivery address

You can contact us with your new address so that we can change it for you. That way, no misses. You can contact us by email at this address: hello@dutang-store.com .

4- My order is late

Your order should have been delivered a while ago, but you still haven't received anything.

There are therefore two possible scenarios:

  • An unforeseen event in production and we are late, in this case, we should have notified you by email. Be sure to check your spam folder or the “Promotions” tab if you use Gmail.
  • You have not received any emails. In this case, write to us by email, we will take a closer look.

5- Request a refund

The return of your order is accepted, provided that your request for withdrawal is made within 14 days from the delivery date. The return costs are your responsibility.

To ensure that the return and refund take place in the best conditions, please strictly respect the procedure to follow (failing this, we reserve the right to refuse the refund):

Write to us by email at hello@dutang-store.com with your order number, to inform us of your withdrawal request. From this date, you have 14 days to return the products to us (shipment date).

Check that all products are in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened or damaged will not be refunded.

Please include in your package with the product(s) in question, the order number concerned as well as your first and last name.

Choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. Without a tracking number we will not accept any claims regarding lost packages.

The refund will be made upon receipt of your package.
